Our intention with Shack Breakfast & Lunch was to just break even to offset our loss on the nighttime restaurant. What we found … ya know what … just watch the video. It’s way more entertaining than reading.
WHY GLUTEN-FREE?
We don’t do it because the competition is doing it across the street or ’cause it’s a fad or ’cause it’s something we have to do. We do it ’cause we live it every day and we know the challenges of going out to eat while being gluten-free.

WHAT DO THEY MEAN?
For years we have visited the Broadway Oyster Bar in downtown St. Louis. The food and atmosphere are some of the best in the city. One of our favorite parts is that our names are forever “Sharpied” on their walls. Scribbled alongside ours are the names of thousands who share our memories of some really good times. We want to start those kinds of memories with you at our Shack…but let’s establish some rules first:
